Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Omoni Oboli was served a court injunction to cancel the premiere of her movie, Okafor’s Law which was scheduled to hold in Lekki yesterday.
The law suit was filed by Raconteur Productions over allegations of infringing on Jude Idada(the writer’s) intellectual property.
Idada said Omoni allegedly ‘Stole’ his work Okafor’s Law, without giving him due credit or remuneration.According to reports gathered by TheNewsGuru, yesterday’s premiere was cancelled amidst tears by Oboli.

Oboli burst out in tears, telling the guests gathered at yesterday’s premiere that it has been cancelled. “My story, my script, my film!” a heartbroken Oboli cries out.
