The duo of Olamide and Lil Kesh have been bashed by Nigerians over the lyrics of their new song, ‘Logo Benz’
The rappers in the song indirectly endorse some social vices without stating the way out in the song.
“I dey pray to Jesu, ko wo wole o, If money no enter I go do blood money o…”, Olamide crooned, authenticating the upsetting act of money rituals.
The rappers also lightly approve the use of female undies by cyber-criminals for sacrifice, which has become a devastating trend that has reportedly caused a lot of ladies to lose their sanity and lives.
Art which can be used as a tool to correct societal ills, unfortunately this hasn’t been deployed by the singer.
‘Logo Benz’ has sparked a myriad of opinions with fans threatening to boycott the forthcoming Olamide Live In Concert #OLIC as a price for the rapper’s negligence.
I am not even trying to support Olamide and Lil Kesh Logo Benz song but my point is you guys had to wait for someone to pay you to do all that and also encourage people to boycott OLIC. Hilarious!

This is watery.
Movies end with narratives that show ritualists don’t end up well. News are news, obviously.
Logo Benz is a celebration. A promotion of rituals.
Those who started with you are evolving into legends. But you? Fast descent into a pit full of shit.
A disgrace. https://t.co/T1dyrbIS89

“Pata ni logo Benz”
See ehn the day I listened to this trash is d same day I was listening to “voice of the streets”. I shed a nigga tear in my heart. A tear for a fallen icon, I couldn’t finish the song tbh. From Glorying Fraud to glorifying blood money, insane.

“Pata ni logo Benz” how do you expect the misinformed population to see a good looking young man who worked hard to acquire a mercedes-Benz legally?
Have you thought of the implication for these honest people? https://t.co/3Vi9OULFF3

Logo Benz.
No melody. No depth. No message.
Just a shameless PROMOTION of ritual killings & desperation for money at all costs, including HUMAN BLOOD.
This is filth.
Olamide & Lil Kesh didn’t just go beyond the line, they landed in the dustbin of history’s trashiest artists.
