I don’t have problem with a man marrying two wives’ — Gospel singer declares
Ghanaian gospel singer Stella Seal, better known as Stella Dugan has said there is nothing wrong with a man marrying two or more wives ,as long as he can cater for them.
The gospel crooner made this known while featuring her opinion on a talk-show anchored by Rebecca Darko.
Polygamy is the practice of a man having more than one wife.It results in heated debates when it is being discussed in religious cricles.
Sharing her thought on the issues, Seal said what should be considered in polygamy is the ability of the man to take care of his wives.
She noted that polygamy among men would also help reduce the incidences of adultery and infidelity among men.
“If a married man is responsible and I’m his first wife and he wants to marry [another wife] and he can take care of both of us…I don’t have a problem with that,” the gospel singer said.
“If you think you love the woman enough, do the needful or fix your marriage. I speak to ladies who tell me they have four to six boyfriends just because they don’t know who will give them security.”
