In a chat with Punch, he said: “It is just a slang that came out of the blues; I have been using it for a while. When I was growing up, my friends and I planned to form a company. Anytime we had a meeting, we would use the slang to hail ourselves.
“Stew is a sauce that can be used to eat anything; it can be eaten with bread, yam and dodo. Stew to me, is a natural resource in Nigeria. Nigeria is the case study; every state has its own natural resource. If we try to utilise our resources, our country will be better economically. ‘Everywhere stew’ means we should restructure the country”.
