An Indian, who was under quarantined in Lagos State, has tested negative for coronavirus.
This was confirmed by the state’s Commissioner for Health, Akin Abayomi.
“An Indian national that was admitted in our facility yesterday night with symptoms suggestive of #COVID19 has tested negative to #COVID19.

“He is doing perfectly well in our isolation unit. His case will be reviewed in the morning,” Abayomi tweeted late on Tuesday night.
This development came on the same day Nigeria recorded its third case of the virus.
A 30-year-old lady, who returned from the UK on March 13 tested positive after self-isolation.
