President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda has made an open declaration and condemnation about Ugandans who engage in oral sex.
Museveni made this known at a media parley where he stated that the mouth wasn’t meant for oral sex, but for eating.
The President also said that the habit was created and promoted by outsiders.
Recall that President Yoweri Museveni had initially signed a controversial anti-gay bill into law. The regulation calls for, among other things, life imprisonment for “aggravated homosexuality” (repeated gay sex between consenting adults), as well as acts involving a minor, a disabled person or someone with HIV.
