Roma are growing confident of signing Chelsea attacker Pedro.
The Sun says Pedro, who turns 33 in July, will see his deal at Stamford Bridge expire in the summer.
His Chelsea exit has been on the cards for a while and he said in March: “I’m terminating my contract, but right now it’s not the most important thing, nor have I stopped to think about it.”
The Spaniard has played just 18 times this season – with only nine of those in the Premier League – and scored twice.
Roma have already made their approach with a £2.7million-a-year offer, equating to just over £50,000 per week, plus bonuses.
